When it comes to asphalt paving maintenance there's no question about it!, "you must keep the asphalt sealed." Sealcoating today can save you big bucks in the future. I think of keeping my asphalt driveway sealed like I do changing the oil in my car, if i don't do it i'll be needing a new motor way sooner than i'd like. Most of the jobs we seal only costs the customer a few cents per square foot and pays them back with great curb appeal as well as an increase in property value.
